1. Please call us during business hours or message us via Facebook/Instagram to check availability.
2. Provide your full name, phone number and type of service you would like.
3. Hooray! You're BOOKED!
To maintain the highest level of service and quality for all our clients, and ensure a seamless and timely salon experience for everyone, we want to take a moment to explain our policy as below:
Appointment Policy:
- Appointments can be made through Facebook/Instagram Messenger or via phone during business hours.
- A grace period of 15 minutes will be provided for late arrivals. After the grace period, the appointment may be forfeited or shortened.
- If it is a group appointment for two or more customers, we require a deposit of $15/person via E-Transfer to our email address. If you give notice of cancellation within 5 hours, we will refund your deposit.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made within 5 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy:
- For no-shows on the first appointment, a $15 fee will be added to your next appointment's deposit via E-Transfer to our email address.
Walk-in Policy:
- Walk-in customers will be accommodated based on availability.
- Priority will be given to customers with appointments, and wait times will be communicated transparently.
- We strongly recommend checking and booking an appointment with us to avoid any long wait time.
Consultation:
- Your appointments will begin with a consultation of the services being performed. Our technicians will go over the services being offered to you. Please inform our technicians about the desired nail length, product type, color, and designs.
- Any designs, modifications, or special requests are subject to additional fees, which will be advised to you by our technicians before your service begins. Please advise our technicians immediately during the service if there are any adjustments you would like them to make. Please do not hesitate to provide our staff feedback; our goal is to offer you the utmost quality service.
Service Guarantee & No Refund Policy:
- We strive to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. In line with industry standards and policies, once a service has been performed, we are unable to offer refunds. In the event a customer is unsatisfied with their service, we encourage them to notify us within 48 hours for a complimentary redo or alternative resolution.
Payment Policy:
- We currently only accept cash/debit card/E-Transfer. We apologize for any inconvenience. Payment is due at the end of the appointment.
